Your guests will enjoy one-hour open bar before dinner and three hours after dinner. We will also provide a champagne toast for your guests.

Your guests will enjoy a domestic cheese selection and
a fresh vegetable crudités with dips, crackers and bread.

four pieces per guest served butler style

Choice of Entrée:
Chicken Marsala with Crimini Mushrooms
Maryland Style Crab Cakes with Remoulade sauce
Pecan Encrusted Mahi with Frangelico cream sauce
Filet Mignon with a merlot demi glaze

Package includes house salad, choice of entrees, vegetable, starch, fresh baked bread and butter, soft drinks, coffee and tea.

Candelabra for the bridal table
Experienced wedding coordinator to help you plan the reception
Chair Covers on each chair

$74.95 per person, plus 20% gratuity and 7% sales tax.

TAXES AND SERVICE CHARGES

• A gratuity of 20% will be added to all food and beverage charges.
• A 7% Pennsylvania and Allegheny County sales tax will be added to all taxable items. If your organization is exempt from sales tax, a tax exemption certification form must be submitted prior to your event.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND INFORMATION

• Customized Menus to fit your unique needs, tastes and budget are available.
• Coat-check and Valet services are available for an additional cost.
• All luncheon banquets must vacate the room by 4:00 p.m.
